We use your personal information solely to provide our pre-purchase car inspection service — to contact you regarding your booking, coordinate with the seller, deliver your inspection report and respond to any follow-up enquiries. We do not use your information for marketing without your express consent.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties except as required to deliver our service (such as sharing contact details with the attending mechanic) or as required by law.
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access. Inspection reports are delivered via email and are not shared with any party other than the customer who commissioned the inspection.
